M1 Concourse delivers a truly memorable and first-class adventure that can accommodate groups of five to 500. Enjoy proximity to Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Royal Oak (10 miles), Detroit Metropolitan Airport (35 miles) and Ann Arbor (45 miles).

M1 Concourse is ideal for marketing events, trainings, and ride-and-drives. Even if you’re not a car buff, thrill rides on the track in performance cars with professional divers will transform any event into a one-of-a-kind experience. Most events take place in the venue’s 6,000 square foot clear-span tent area that can be climate-controlled with clear and solid gusseted side walls. This exhilarating and versatile venue offers three additional spaces to host your event, including:

• Race Track: 1.5 mile road course with LED digital flag system and camera monitoring
• Arena + Skid Pad: Four-acre M1 outdoor arena for vehicle testing, autocross and/or outdoor car shows, swap meets and more
• Parking Lot: Five-acre secured parking lot, asphalt pages with a two-acre off road area
